This place is awesome. If you look this store up online they are all over, but the one I go to at 1785 Decoto RdUnion City, CA 94587 is said to be one of the biggest in the bay area . I havn’t been to any others, but this place is HUGE! Walls and walls of stuff! Right at the entrance is a sign indicating no cameras allowed…but I managed to sneak in shots with my phone cam… Enjoy.
Just…Wow…I probably took shots of maybe half the store before the workers there started giving me weird looks. There’s basically EVERYTHING there and for dirt cheap. They had walls of baskets, picture frames, toys, folders, plastic containers, and food. There are aisles of kitchen supplies, miniature toys, tools, make up, air fresheners, floor mats, incense, slippers, gardening, fishing supplies, food, stationary, and so many more that I can’t remember to mention. Seriously, you have to check this place out. If you’re a broke mofo like me, you’ll appreciate it. Don’t forget to eat at Little Potato next to it! Salt and pepper ribs all the way!
oooookay. I was talking with this Ebay seller, Anime_Japan_Store, and we were bartering back and forth for the purchase of 10 figures from him. Yeeeep, TEN figures. I ended up paying around $50 off asking for all the figures. It was too good of deal to pass up. You can check out my Figures to Come page to see my crazy purchase. Hello to all who has been keeping track of my AnimeXing order. It seems that I have received the rest of my items and have successfully canceled my second order with a full refund. Please see here, here, or here for a summary and updates of what transpired.
Basically, order from AnimeXing if you want to pay upfront and wait weeks if not months before your figure may arrive. Also expect to email customer service multiple times before getting a response. I guess though, in the end I got the figures that were in stock. Be aware that even though their website may say a figure is”In Stock,” it may not be and they will automatically put you on pre-order without telling you. I do admit that they have good prices, but is a few bucks worth it? Not at all…

This is a figure that I knew I HAD to get once I saw a pic of it. The problem was…it’s Out of Stock EVERYWHERE!!! So the only place I could turn to was Ebay. I knew already that I was not going to get this figure at a discount. After a couple weeks of constantly checking Ebay for new auctions, I found seller rainbowseven. I used the Buy It Now option for $65.00 plus $10.50 shipping. Pretty steep, but reasonable for an authentic figure that is no longer in print. I also purchased another figure at the same time from him and he was nice enough to combine shipping. This order came from New York, all the way from the Easy Coast. It was shipped USPS parcel post and took about a week and half or so to arrive. I highly recommend this seller if you plan on purchasing any items from him. Now, on to the pictures! Enjoy.
